Unique to other states, The Kentucky Department of Education has taken the lead in providing digital textbook access to students with disabilities. The Kentucky Accessible Materials Database can be accessed by clicking the symbol at right. A digital rights manager must be appointed in your school to access textbooks in digital form. Search their database and you should find your student's textbook. |
For copyrighted books. The Government has made BookShare.org free to any studetn with a reading disability. Click on the link at the right. Register you student to download text. |
